Ingredients (Serves 2)
- ½ cup Bob’s Red Mill Organic Kasha cooked in water to directions
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2tsp cinnamon
- 2 handfuls fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 tbsp Himalania Goji Berry Trail Mix
- Greek natural yoghurt
Cook the Kasha according to package directions, until all water has been absorbed. Spoon the Kasha into a bowl and add the vanilla, cinnamon and stir through. Add a generous handful of raspberries, the Himalania Trail Mix, which contains, goji berries, sunflower seeds, dried strawberries and blueberries (you could of course add your own nuts, seeds and fruit mix). Gently fold through as to not break uop all the raspberries. Divide in two bowls and serve with some additional raspberries on top with a dollop of natural yoghurt (I like to use Fage natural Greek yoghurt) and a squeeze of honey.
